U will be considered absoconding and it will affect your BGV in other companies bcoz once you join, they have to mandatorily create a PF account in PF portal. If you don't disclose that information to other company they might check your service history from PF portal during BGV or post joining.

Once you share aadhar they can do thru it..

Communicate before hand to the HR. They will give you a new joining date.
