What if i didn't followed work from office in TCS after multiple HR emails

What did you got in email from hr. I haven't went to office since months and haven't got any email or any issues, just the vp is not coming

If hr is chasing you it might get serious and they may evn consider to terminate as it's compliance issue now.

Totally depends on the project and HRBP. It can go anyway. In our project it just died down and we all raise Exception but sister project folks get screwed with Band and VP.
