Trending @Accenture; What if I am promoted to L10, is it wrong dropping papers after that

I joined Accenture with 3.8 years of experience and it's been almost 2+ years in Accenture still in L11, while people with 4 yrs also get into L10, I have build an app all by myself and that wasn't highlighted, stuck with 5.58lpa fixed. I have now moved to another project on a loaning basis, now my old project kept on asking all the details like certifications, trainings attended, my competencies etc... everything I had and told the same... I have made up my mind to move out but I am preparing as I work on core de while applying for jobs I have been asked for spark and other big data tool experience... my old tl once said that they will highlight me this December promotion.

What if I am promoted this time and have an offer by the next few months, what would you do in this situation.

If u get promotions too your base will not cross 10lpa for sure , outside you ll get better pay for your experience, just try giving interviews you ll know how good your , based on that you can decide, when you drop papers definitely they ll reach out to you if they require you then you can decide
