Trending @Capgemini; What if a person abscond from CG?

As CG doesn’t allow early release and need to serve complete 90 days and new company is asking to join in 30-45 days and not extending DOJ so what if I leave Capgemini after serving just 30 days. What would be consequences and harms?

Please note these below consequences before absconding your company:

  1. They won't send you your experience and relieving letter.
  2. In UAN portal your release date will be shown as absconded or will be highlighted in red. Which will be more problematic when you transfer request a PF transfer account claim in future. Because PF regional office treats this a fraudulent case and may send you a legal notice also.
  3. During onboarding the BGV process may get affected and if by any chance your new employer know that you absconded your previous company they can terminate your offer letter also. Be a mature individual and don't ruin your whole future. Be patient and wait for the right opportunity when a new employer can accept the 90 days np.

3 conditions only

  1. totally bed ridden and you’re hospitalised and they would need documents
  2. you are going for higher studies out of India and even for this need University admission documents and all
  3. You got a government job.
