What I feel, the entire organization is running on excuses!
Junior dev - Too junior to handle. Senior dev - Too old to handle. Manager/Leads - Both Junior and Senior dev not working. RMG - No good associates in the pool. HR - External hiring is costly. Top Management - WFH is the problem. Ultra Top Management - Volatile market is responsible!
If you view everything as a problem then I think it is you who needs a change in the mindset so that you can see the positive side. There are problems and hence we are hired.
I think this is start of the fall of the biggest IT Company of India. Too corrupt to handle.
While computing big deals if the wages comes as bare minimum 2-5% of the entire deal then what more can be excepted.
It’s high time to look into our self worth. Companies will always try to squeeze your worth.
It's like you are seeing each and every role as a problem. So, simple stop doing job and do some business but yes there also you have to pull your socks very hard. Mind it. Problem are everywhere but yes at the end you have to be a fighter to survive.
