What % hike given to associate who's shifting to the HR domain ( ofcourse completed distance MBA) from IT?

I Have done a distance learning MBA course in HR/social media marketing and have also discussed the same with my location HR. he said you can get an HR profile in TCS, Also,I'm already have hiring and project management experience (in the current project).

Definitely not expecting out of the box hike but still what hike can I expect?
