JL5 - zero Hike
Me too got no hike this time
I got ME though I have worked more than 12hr a day for consistent 1.5 years and many client appreciations.
Not sure what formula infy has for appraisal or they are asking us to leave org
Same, how do you stay motivated to work? I don't feel motivated to work due to low salary but still working as my mind is not allowing me.
JL3, 8% increased in 2nd hike in march 2024. 1st hike was after job confirmation, it also was around 8%.
For the past two years, I am not eligible for a hike, but they keep giving me workload.

I am also At JL3 . My DOj was jan 2022. My rating is ME and unit is MSP. Nobody got hike . On what basis, they are giving hikes
I don't know yar these people are weird I think i get hike every year January I joined in December 2021 in December 2022 i got job confirmation in January 2023 I got 5k hike in January 2024 i got 5k hike idk what's this
