Trending @HCL; What heppens??

What happens if i break HCL techbee bond...... And i am not that much financially good to pay penlaty amount...... I am breaking this bond due to helath issue For which HCL is not responding... Sooo for this situation i am leaving HCL.... SOOO any suggestion please how i can leave HCL without paying penalty??
