What happens when you have less than 85% WFO per month?

I have 0 since last 6 months

Less QVA ,May be issue in promotion that's all.

In May I have 40% and in July it should be 25% and in August I never went...will not go in September also

Yes, they are deducting sallery.. my sallery got deducted in last Quarter, having 81% WFO, so please take care.

Wouldn't it cause a complaince issue and reported to HR?

You can compensate it with other months in a way for the quarter it comes more than 85%

Yea a warning mail will come now. But nowadays the situation is not good. They have the right to fire u because that would come under TCS policy violation. Just fyi
