What happens when you accept your companies retention offer
If I get an offer letter and then show it to my current org and they match it. Can I still switch in like 2,3 months or they some clause that you cannot leave for 1yr now that you have accepted our retention offer.

Whatt! If you'll switch in 2-3 months why would you stay back..
There is something called rehiring, what if you want to come back to this company in a senior or manager role

If the current work is okay but only pay is less then this scenario can be considered, basically I want for them to increase the pay but they won’t do it directly so I show some offer like 30% hike and stayy untill I get like 100%.
