What happens to employees who are accused in a criminal case & currently out on bail? Does TCS not allow such employees to resume?
About 5 years back one such case happened withy team member. And PM approached HR asking what to do . HR said we will not do anything untill convicted by court... .yes but his leaves etc were increased due to legal formalities he has to do and be present in court

HR has requested docs for discussing it with compliance team. IDs are not active hence LWP applied from backend
Contact correct person in your circle and get a medical certificate from any of one doctor, find a person who met the doctor regularly or particular duration... Did you have lawyers in your friend circle, they create it easyly... Is that more than 10 days ah!!?
Tcs would not bother until you are found guilty
