Trending @Cognizant; What happens in Personal Hearing from HR

I had to take wfh for 2 days while i was on bench for some personal reason for which manager also approved and it was updated in system as well. Now I have got a show cause notice along with that have been asked for personal hearing to be attended in person with hr.

Does it mean that I will be terminated??
