If you want such a release you should time it between Jan to Mar . So that doesn’t impact your current rating and you have time to rewrite your feedback in new project till October/November next year. Any other time good chance that this will get you a NI rating in upcoming cycle

In the next project, that project manger get feedback from the previous manager(apple account manager) . He/she definitely give negative feedback, so you will be on bench for a longer time and if you are in long time bench, expected to be get forceful resignation!!
