Trending @Accenture; What happens if you get pip..if anyone have an idea?

I am in leave of absence and I got negative feedback in workday.are they planning for PIP or termination? Is it possible to put people in PIP or terminate them during their absence period?

You have to pass it anyhow otherwise you will face termination
