What happens if WFO index is below 50% for a month

how many days you have visited office for that month ?

By policy, lesser QVA payouts, promotion impact, Band impact. But in real scenarios only QVA

Below 60% QVP IS CUT

My wfo index for July month shows NA, any idea what it means. Btw I joined TCS 1st july and reported to office 5days only

Immediate impact is that you will not get QVA if you have WFO index less then 50%, then you won't be able to secure A band even if you have good rating. You will not be considered for promotion.
