Trending @Infosys; What happens if someone is unable to complete the development given to them ?

I was given an sap abap development and i am unable to complete it. I have no clue as to how to complete it and there’s a lot of pressure from my team lead to complete it asap…but I just don’t know how to!! No one’s ready to help either not sure what will happen next!!

ABAP er Ex-Infoscion here...u can voice out to the lead in the team status calls that u need support from them

Try to explain the situation if it's a customised requirement explain why u r not able to achieve what challanges u r facing

I did and my lead said we are responsible for our own developments and we’ll not be able to help

You need mention in your daily calls that you need help and are stuck, this is an impediment. Cannot proceed without the help..

But note that it has its cons..
