What happens if I fill the timesheet but don’t go to the office? Or if I swipe in, then leave without working?

If you will fill the timesheet but don’t go to the office then the compliance will come against you regarding RTO.
If you swipe in then no issue, and about the working thing is that you have to do the work that manager gives you, no matter in office or somewhere else.
