What happens if I don't clear FnF Settlement?
I switched recently from Quantiphi. This was my first switch. It has been more than two months now. And I've still not cleared the FnF with them.
My calculations show that I've to return around net 1.5 lacs ruppees of my prorated Bonus to Quantiphi as part of FnF. So I've not been pushing for FnF and nor Quantiphi has communicated anything about it.
They have given me separation letter. So I'm confused weather I should ask for FnF or not?
If I do not what are the issues I can face in future?

Yes they layed off quite a big number, rumors of 600 in 3 different round but don't know for sure.
Feel bad for the guys as many were freshers from 22 batch, were on bench for better part of a year and laid off with almost 0 experience.
