It’s not just your mistake !! It’s collective mistake of code reviewer / SIT tester / aUAT tester. Unless you slipped something in without anyone being aware. If it’s former not a big issues unless it crashes the application down which might put you out of project . If you slipped something in without informing anyone it might be more serious including out of company
