It’s not a good thing to fail in client interviews. Getting yourself on a project is your KRA. I would recommend you to immediately schedule a call with your PL and seek support. In the parallel, you must ensure that you prepare well for these interviews and take them seriously. Its best to connect with Accenture CLMs of the project prior to interview and understand client expectations from the role that you are being interviewed.

Any client interviewer is looking mainly for these four things; 1) Have you worked on similar project / skills before? 2) If yes, how did you go about it executing it? 3) What challenges did you face and how did you manage in those situations and 4) Are you an individual with learning mindset and someone who can manage challenges and ambiguities that usually arise in the projects.
