Trending @Cognizant; What happens after receiving a show cause notice from HR for not getting into project, how much time will they provide us.
Today morning received a show cause notice from HR for not getting into a project and being non-productive, they scheduled a meeting next week where we need to convince personal manager to consider us, what do I need to do on this? Any suggestions?
You have to come up with reasons why have you not been able to get into project. You have to justify that you are scalable and a good resource and you should be given some more time to find a project.
And, then that Hearing person will give his feedback to Hr if you should be given some more time or not.

Ohh no...this is really bad. One thing I know for sure is there are zero to no projects in informatica. And, that's why people are also not able to get into a project. HR are just finding an excuse to fire someone. What's your location?
Not yet, Actually I went through an assessment on my skillset (Informatica power centre, SQL) this skillset belongs to AIA but I'm in ADM dept and my HM too as he is not aware of Informatica he asked TSC ppl to arrange another person to evaluate me on it, he evaluated me on SQL , I answered nearly 8/10 still I received a mail like failed to clear assessment 😢 and they mentioned this in show cause mail, Can they provide me a re-evaluation if I ask. Due to my skillset mismatch to dept I'm on bench since 5 months😢.

This is just excuse to fire, i hope no such thing happens with you.
