im tagged to project recently but botp has been initiated as i was on bench for 3 months earlier. what are the trainings for botp and can i complete along with project? if not what happens?

You should quit the project and focus on BOTP. Trainings are crucial and can't be done half-heartedly. If you fail BOTP, you will be wasting company's money and time. Better to be fully prepared.
