What happens after Band rejection

What are the step by step process after the band rejection. Should the HR contact and arrange a discussion? Can anybody confirm?

You need to take initiation to connect with the respective supervisor / manager to make the face to face discussion. But try to include hr also . Whatever it may be very very negligence chances for band change.

I did it two times and nothing happened. Hr only busy in disagreement process closure only .
