Trending @Accenture; What happenes after pip is closed successfully

My pip just got closed successfully last week...so are there any chances of getting laid off...any ways I'll be switching if I get the good opportunity...but just asking...since now we are not getting calls due to 90 days notice period...so I was thinking will resign after receiving one offer letter...please assist.
