What happened to tcs Health Insurance

I can't see any option for apply for Domiciliary reimbursement, But in my policy I can see the amount as 6000.

Got reply from HIS, they are saying, it will be available from 2nd week of May onwards. The option is removed now, without any intimation or banner message.
