Trending @Accenture; What happen if previous project manager gave negative feedback

I received negative feedback from my previous project manager saying not proactive his actions are more reactive not giving suggestions or automation thinking does it will affect my current project or do they put me in PIP?

They will not give variable pay nor hike and chances of putting into PIP based on your current project/manager

I have discussed this with my PMO she said the same thing that VP will not given and also there will be no hike now in the current new project The client interview went really well but they are waiting for the budget approval means while current ppl lead ask me to complete few certification which will help me in project . Just worrying about the PIP Should I talk with new ppl lead on this topic ?

I haven't received any feedback from my previous project. So am I eligible for a hike or not?

If your current project manager provides good feedback about you, then there are chances

Negative feedback generally means tending towards IP, if you get it means you will not get VP and also probably be put on improvement path
