What going on now
What is happening now?? Has TCS fired all which they wanted to or still people are left
Last week in office there was a lull silence nothing of firing nothing happening
Whats happening now?? Can anybody tell
See it will go till they start hiring againa nd anyway they bought some 10 cr month space right? They have to find some 🫏 to fill that space now ; where they are paying 10000 rs for 1 seat but won't give wfh won't care about quality of work but only focus on seat warming
Don't know why they want to spend that much money instead of giving wfh and saving massive amount
This will be ongoing process till TCS is not getting projects. US companies are not allocating budget for outsourcing due to trump fear.
Its going on they are doing it in stages and calculating and then doing again based on the new analysis they do post firing.
Firing will be a continuous process now. All C3B and above grades are always in danger specially those having above par tcs salary slabs.
Trump is making it hard for Americans. Hence they are not spending much on projects. Everyone is testing the productivity of AI. If it is 10 to 20 percent, then they might reduce the head count billing.
Plan is to complete it by mid September. They have a review meeting with TATA trustees in October.
Plan is till December I guess.
