What exactly is this shit Product Development Engineer at Razorpay paying peanuts in salary?

I came across this role of Product Development Engineer for which the JD has everything an SDE does. Recruiter told that it is not exactly SDE. Also they pay like peanuts for 2YoE. Something like 11L. What's going on there peeps?
