What does the company do if I avoid working at my full capacity when I'm on notice period?
Was flagged on my project for performance issues, second time in a month. Main concerns raised: Missing daily calls without prior communication Delayed or inconsistent status updates Pending tasks left incomplete for weeks, causing rework for others They’ve highlighted that this is impacting team coordination and could risk upcoming E2E timelines. Expectation is to immediately improve on attendance, communication, and closing out all pending work properly, regardless of notice period.
Should I be worried about if the company would do anything during my exit?

Your F&F and exit formalities will affect and it won't happen in a smooth way. They may hold your experience letter and give a negative feedback for your next job
Do they explicitly mention such things on my experience letter?

No, they will not mention anything in your exp letter, but can hold and delay in releasing you. Negative feedback means, when you join the next company, they will do a bgv before rolling out the offer letter where they will approach your previous org manager/hr to get feedback about your candidature, there they may give a negative feedback

Coming to your case, atleast try to maintain an average level of efficiency.

In India atleast it's generally known that a person will not work at full capacity while being on notice period. But it depends on project.
