When did you join the organisation? Calculate the number of days between your joining and appraisal date, then get the approx months. Then do yearly calculation for the same. It will give you an approximate hike %.

What’s a good annual % hike + bonus?

I’m wondering what is the case for your company and how transparent are the hikes? Do they tell you on what parameters will you get x% hike?

And same for bonus. If x is your bonus component, what % of it do you get annually?
