Trending @Accenture; What does proposed joining date mean in cover letter ?

I have received my offer letter and cover letter, which mention my proposed joining date as 5th February 2025,i.e Today However there is no communication regarding joining from HR team . What to do ? I think my BG verification is still going on! Plz guide
