NPCE - Non Pace means ur not in the pace program. For sub level, check Workday >> Career >> More >> Additional Data. MAL TAL values are ur talent levels. 💼

PACE program is one in which u have to mandatorily get promoted to the next level in a specified amount of time. It is usually applicable for Strategy&Consulting employees. If u r in Non Pace, you don't have to worry about mandatorily progressing to the next level.
