What does non billable under assigned tasks mean in timesheet??

Same as above.

Same here with my work. I got to know 1 month ago, prepared for external opportunities and put the resignation without an offer letter. Now manager is giving a lollipop of AI projects and an onsite opportunity. So from March onwards my billing is only 2 hrs out of 9hr. I have to fill 2hrs/day. My colleague filling 9hr/day.
Didn't get respect or platform for me and my skills. Nobody cares whether I'm working or not. I was completely invisible to everybody now everyone from the team got to know I was in team. Anyways it is not my loss, the company lost resource and they will definitely find a new one.

Sorry I didn't understand. Why were you filling only 2 hrs? Even if non billable

Did you get any new offer? I am afraid of putting papers before getting an offer. But honestly I am mentally tired of this company and this project

Sometimes happens with fix bid projects … where you are not billed on hourly basis

Actually I was billable earlier before June. Then I asked for release but due to some circumstances decided to stay back. But by then manager has already asked for revocation of client desktop access.

So after that manager informed me about the same and said not to worry, keep working in dev team offshore + uat you can help team with screen share and stuff.

But I just realised that I have been filling timesheet under non billable since months. And after researching a bit online I found it impacts appraisal , variable pay, and basically I am a resource who isn't earning money for the company.

Idk what to do. I am a bit stressed about this

My project is an old running product version and the client is charged per hour. All my colleagues are billable
