I received a JD for Associate (JL3) in Infosys. I have 3.5 yrs of experience and I wanted to understand what level is JL3? Is it entry level?

I have 3 YOE and looking for a switch, Infosys is offering 10 LPA with level 4 designation, is it good?
Also, I’m not sure about the levels in Infosys. Can someone help me out?

I am on JL5 With 8 year of experience and getting around 12 LPA…..but I heard that people with JL5 Are getting 18-20 LPA as well…so it is something true or we have fixed salary band as per job level
