Does it also include PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance premium if any(paid by employer), Relocation bonus, Joining Bonus, etc ?
Or is it just the fixed part that an Employee gets after deducting above ?
Yes CTC includes everything
Should only consider the fixed part

depends on company. prev org i was in, did not include gratiutiyy or PF or insurance in CTC. New one does. Benefit is, your health insurance benefit is 5 times your ctc

It is everything, that’s why it’s called CTC - Cost to Company. It’s the total cost of what you are costing to the company, not just what you finally get paid in hand.
