My perfect day is when I have a screen on time of less than 4-5 hrs on my mobile phone. I don't care what you are doing during the day, you could be watching a movie or reading anything or meeting people or exploring some places.
There are days when my SOT was about 3.5 hrs and I loved seeing it the eod.

How often do you have those days and what did your do during those
I donโt plan those days. Sometimes it happens when I go to office. Sometimes when my parents are home.
Sometimes they just happen engrossed in movies or series or if I am out somewhere.
From next week, I plan to regularly reduce my phone time to sub 6 hours. Letโs see.


Hitting the gym, having a good and productive workday ๐


Sleep early before day, wake up early, sit in sunlight, some yoga , and mindful meditation. Watch a podcast, clean room. Spend time with friends and family. Learn some coding stuff or work on hobby and sleep early
When score goes beyond 6/10.

On weekends, I prioritize spending quality time with my family, managing household tasks, playing with my daughter, and finding time for a walk to recharge.
