Let us not be funny on this. If a professional management can come in and the current CEO can move out, this can still be turned around
Except for two issues
a) The business model is suspect. It is largely irrelevant for serious students in the older age groups which is where the real money lies. It is a bit like Yahoo in the late 2000s. Some of the companies it has acquired could end up being more valuable than the parent.
b) Happy to be proved wrong but the rot seems to run rather deep..might be a bit too late (especially given a) for the professional CEO to undo the damage done by the incompetent promoters and their inner coterie.
