What do you think about the Saif Ali Khan incident ? Controversy or Real?

I was going through the media coverage and facts of the case till now, and there is just so much of confusion and conflicting information in the press.

I even suspect the perp they caught is not the same as the one seen in the footage.

What do yall think? Am I overthinking this?
