I think it ruins the red livery of ferrari. Its unfortunate that they have partnered with HP whose colour scheme and Ferrari's colour scheme just do not match. Sigh. Also, don't you think there are too many blue livered cars on the grid?

Ferrari needing money? I think their car is limited cos of the budget cap. That was introduced to stop rich teams like Ferrari to not spend too much compared to poor teams
