What do you respond to recruiters when they ask the reason for change, when the real reason is just π΅π€π€ ?

Current job is stagnant, no learning. Main udna chahta hu bus rukna nhe chahta.

Is saying no learning a good idea ? Does it create any negative impression on the candidate?

Say i learnt alot but have peaked, dont want to get comfortable

My ans -> Growth.

Yes but they sometimes ask to elaborate further lol

Current job isnβt challenging enough anymore

You can say ke their USP is in XYZ domain and I feel I have had a good amount of exposure in the same and believe that I should move on to another domain in order to increase my knowledge and skills.
You can say that your ABC domain is something I was interested in and seems like an amazing opportunity to try out the field and be able to contribute to the challenges faced in the same.
