2 days WFO and 3 days WFH. Perfect Scenario !

You get to meet your teammates, minimum travel, very less frustration due to traffic, can manage household chores, greater flexibility in general to handle WLB.

But what if the location is in other part of the India like Delhi and Bangalore for home & office?

Then to its better to go to office daily, once you are relocated to another location, then it doesnโ€™t matter I guess. Can take few wfh though if policy allows.

Fully remote is the way to go to manage both work and life commitments.

However if hybrid is needed, then it should be in a way like -
1 or 2 weeks from office and then remaining time of the month from home.

3 days a week in office is not really hybrid because then you stay at office City location only.

It depends if after office hours you don't sit and work then it's fine otherwise it doesn't

I applied for a job in one of the large companies and they rejected me as I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore.

I joined a smaller company that allows me to work from home ( village ) and now that company has assigned me to work for the same large company without requiring to relocate.

Thus I find work from home as blessings.

I save time and money both.

Working from home is more royal than Going on-site.
