What Do You Order When Eating Out Every Day?

I eat out every day.The vegetarian options at my office are very limited, and I also generally don't prefer veg. I usually go for biryani or chapati with chicken alternate days or andhra meal, and the same goes for my online orders—it's mostly chicken biryani. I'm getting tired of these options and want to understand what others who also eat out or order in every day. What do you usually order? I'd love to hear some of your choices. May be try some. Thanks

Eating out regularly can lead to a diet high in processed foods, added sugars, and unhealthy fats. These foods have been linked to an increased risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Furthermore, the lack of control over the ingredients and portion sizes can make it difficult to maintain a balanced diet.

I am not suggesting that you completely stop eating out, but I do encourage you to consider the benefits of cooking at home. Not only can it be healthier, but it can also be more cost-effective and allow for greater control over the ingredients and portion sizes.

What I would suggest is consider hiring a cook who can prepare healthy and hygienic meals at home.

I go to the gym, but yes, I still completely agree. My breakfast and dinner are sorted homemade. Only lunch has a problem and I stay alone If I have to cook/hire a cook just for one person and one meal I thought that's gonna cost me same as eating out, that's one of the bad excuses I gave myself to eat out but should figure out a way.
