What do you do when you procrastinate all day and do not do anything meaningful?

Sometimes we do not do anything and procrastinate, so how have you handled this issue, especially when you are with the answer because you did not have that much pressure of a work?

I have this issue; I procrastinate alot especially when I know what needs to be done. I’m trying to get the work competed as soon as possible, and do something useful, atleast stare at the wall after that.
