What do you do when you leadership starts being shady?
Off late the leadership has been making decisions that don't make logical sense.
They are super disconnected from the ground truth and make decisions without explaining the reason behind it or the actual vision.

Unless you have no personal stake in the business, your best option is to switch. If you do have a personal stake then make sure you are safe guarded against any repercussions. Get in touch with a lawyer if need be and plan accordingly. As long as you aren't involved in the shady stuff you should be able to exit quite easily. Either ways switching/quitting should be the course action
