Well, it's fine if they have seen-zoned or replied and left, go to their connections and send request to multiple ppl of the same job level/ role and try out your luck! There will be atleast one person who would reply for sure. Ensure you send a connection this time with a note in prior with the direct message you want to convey. The more authentic you are, the more they value you and your message!
