8moWhat do you do if you company neglects design and do whatever is easy to implement?
How do you deal with this situation? It is so frustrating and I am loosing my confidence and design decisions. Should I change or is there any I can make it better?

Maybe there are other factors like shipping faster, limited engineers for implementing your design etc

Yeah there is always a rush but what if there are 10+ engineers and I am the only designer?
