What do you consider as growth?

What according to you is growth? I work as a backend developer (fresher) and my manager expects me to complete tasks on time. Though tasks are pretty random and I don't learn much from them. So I am curious to know what ideal growth looks like?

I keep it very simple, if the task I have been assigned can be done without much of an effort then in that scenario it's not leading to mine technical growth. There are other ways as well to grow like by getting better at your communication skills.

Hey, good question.
For me, growth is atleast on 2 fronts. Growth in terms of handling people, bonding, getting things done with them Growth in terms of technical ability, ability to take up bigger things and more chaos and developing solution to make sense into it
