If you're not having good visibility or a good project a single organisation will not help

But projects keep on changing for every 6 months to one year, no project would be longterm right

There are long term projects, I'm part of it, it has 2029 as the end date and might get extended, also this project is operational from 2022

At the end of the day it doesn't matter what's been paid... It really matters how well your work is appreciated and how well you have been valued!!! With these 2 aspects peace comes along the way..
