What do they do with this connection count????

Hi guys,

These days people are desperate to get a job and we all know that applying via career doesn't help, So people were looking for referrals

I have seen a lot of people who post jobs over linkedin post and ask to resume to send, We need to connect with them only if we are able to send files, once you make a connection request in the background you already started following that person Once you send any message regarding they don't care.

My personal experience, this guy from qualcomm in the header bio mentioned "dm for referral", I have sent message for refferal, which he even didn't see the message also, it's been 2 weeks, Job which i have mentioned in msg that was closed also ......

I wanted to why they do this......? What happiness will they get....?
