Of all the stupidity these rangoli idiots do, this is the peak of their nonsense.
I do not understand why they flush this down our throat. I truly dislike this. its appears so unnatural and forced. Yet i have to put up a smiling face and play along. Instead of wasting time on these things why doesn't an HR do what it is suppose do?, improve WLB in the company, find out why some team members are working longer hours, how to improve bench efficiency, why some people have not been promoted in many years, ... instead of focusing on important issues, these rangoli idiots will do everything except what matters.
